Abstract
It is the first and the only collection of judicial decisions of this focus on the Czech market. Authors present 57 judgments of the Supreme Court concerning crime related to municipal unit.
The uniqueness of the publication lies not only in the collection of relevant court decisions, but also in author's commentaries, in which authors describe often unpublished legal opinions on criminal responsibility for acts committed in connection with the activity of municipal unit.
