Furthermore it is suggested such an understanding of the term charisma which fits in with the structure of social relationships and perceives charisma as an essentially social phenomenon established between the charismatic leader and his/her followers in the process called charismatization. Considering this development of charisma as mutual process it enables us to put the responsibility for the origin, the rise or the fall of charismatic leadership on both participant sides.
