Abstract
This arcicle focuses on a mediation, governed by Act 202/2012 Coll. The author classifies it as one of the several methods of alternative dispute resolution.
In the second part of article the author defines mediation and its concept. In the third part the author analyzes the mediation proces itself, and specifically focuses on its legal aspects.
The article ends the author completes the experience with mediation herselfs, abroad and results in Czech Republic
