The chapter focuses on an analysis of the main Czech discussion forum for fathers. Czech fathers active in fahters' groups and participating in online discussion forums almost exclusively concentrate on the issue of obtaining joint custody.
In doing so, Czech fathers create the inujistice frame that notes that it is not fair to believe that only mothers can care for children since fathers can care just as well. The sociology of emotions and theories of masculinity can help explain the activists' choice of frames.
When the divorced male activists lose their status as the head of a successful family, they take on the more aggressive tone that is associated with marginalized masculinity and accuse their former partners and the legal system of attempt to liquidated their family and their relation with their children.
