Abstract
Spectroradiometric measurements are the basic step for gaining the information about vegetation health status based on hyperspectral image data. The principles of spectroradiometric measurements and also instructions how to measure spectra using contact probe and integrating sphere with the stress on Norway spruce needles measurements are described.
