Differences in vegetation indices within the vertical crown profile of Norway spruce

Abstract

The chapter deals with the heterogeneity of the contents of pigments and relative water content in the vertical canopy levels od Norway Spruce. The main goal is to build and compare the statistically based prediction models for photosynthetic pigments and water content estimation for three vertical canopy levels of Norway Spruce based on spectroscopic data.
