Czech Leave Policies: 2017 Concept of Family Policy from the EU perspective

Abstrakt

The paper focuses on Czech family policy and its main characteristics, on leave policy trends and key changes in maternal and parental leave. It analyses the effects of changes in PL scheme on the timing of the second birth and the second birth rate and introduces current Leave scheme and new policies and 2017 Concept of Family Policy from the EU perspective.
