Abstract
A practitioner is a basic element of the healthcare system, and is the site of the patient's first contact with the system. The results of our research confirmed significant regional differences in Czechia.
There are regions where the physicians must provide up to several times the number of contacts with the patient than in other regions where, on the contrary, this care is provided more than adequately compared to the average values for the whole of Czechia.
