Abstract
This chapter examines the amendement of the Act No. 418/2011 Sb., on Corporate Criminal Liability and the Proceedings Against Legal Persons, covered by the Act No. 183/2016 Sb. The subject matter of the chapter comprises a critique of the amendement and the lack of its conception.
