Abstract
The chapter deals mainly with penalties that may be imposed to legal entities. Attention is paid to frequent punishments and problematic practice of sentencing.
In conclusion, the chapter deals with possibilities de lega ferenda and also selected sanctions that would be appropriate to add to our catalogue of punishments.
