EU law in the Czech Republic: the limitations of the "Europeanized" interpretation of the Czech constitution and the ultra vires doctrine

Abstrakt

Using EU-related case-law produced by Czech Constitutional Court, the article analyses the ultra vires doctine as a tool strenghtening and/or weakening position of hte EU law in Czech legal system.
