Partisan Wars - the theoretical dimension of the Slovak National Uprising in international perspective

Abstract

The article deals with the theoretical dimension of partisan warfare. It puts the Slovak national uprising of 1944 into a global perspective.

The categories, which had been developed by Carl Schmitt in his small book about the theorie of the partisan, are taken into a critical observation.
