Current concept of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in athletes- preliminary results of all-inside ACL reconstruction

Abstract
Anatomic reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament is one of the most common arthroscopic surgery. In recent years anatomical approach and if possible minimal invasive reconstruction techniques is preferred.
One of the technique is all inside anatomical ACL reconstruction. Based on short-term results of our prospective study we proved that it is a safe and minimally invasive ACL surgery.
Using this technique can achieve excellent both subjective and objective clinical results.
