Right to protection of confidential communication between an attorney and his client

Abstract

The article discusses the relationship between an attorney and his client, its confidential nature and the necessity of its protection. Attention is paid mainly to the issue of wiretapping and interception of communication.

The author also selects many examples from the case law.
