Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that is reflected in economic, social, environmental, employee and management activities. The paper presents first survey results of activities according to the methodology recommended for the Czech environment as well as for the HORECA sector.
The paper is based on qualitative survey among thirty entities in the HORECA sector conducted during 2016-2017. The outputs form a basis for a wider use of the methodology among hotels, restaurants and companies interested in further development of CSR.
