Humanism in the new concept of the study of Czech literature (first half of the 16th century)

Abstract

This article polemicizes previous opinions on the so called national humanism in Bohemia, placed by the marxist literature history to the 1490s. Apparently the more appropriate is to name this Czech cultural movement less exponentially as the proto-awakening.
