Abstract
Since the school year 2017/12018, primary school is required to have a minimum of 40 swimming lessons. Two expected outcomes were added to the physical education content: TV-5-1-11 a TV-5-1-12.
No conditions have been improved to implement this mandatory education and to achieve competencies. The lessons will be conducted by the swimming teacher without the professional level control and the teaching will be conducted in the commercial sphere.
