The MBA thesis through the case study deals with the issue of school management on the example of three purposefully selected secondary schools. In the theoretical part is highlighted on the background relating to the issue of school management.
For this part we relied in particular on the study Sedláček (2008), Prášilová (2003), Solfronk (2002) and further on chosen foreign language study. In the practical part are compared the results of the case studies of three purposefully selected secondary schools.
In particular, we have compared the identified management strategies and their impacts for the life of the monitored schools. On the basis of the findings it can be noted that each of the monitored schools has its particularity, which is due to the tradition of the school, regional conditions and personalities, which are in the management of the school.
