The new legal regulation of the national parks in the Czech Republic

Abstract

This paper focused on the Act No.123/2017 Coll., which amended the Nature conservation and Landscape Protection Act No. 114/1992 Coll. The nature conservation in the national parks is in the Czech legal system since 1956 regulated.

Act No. 123/2017 Coll. bring from the Juni, 1, 2017 the brand new conditions of the nature protection. This paper deals with the new legal tools and problems with the new legal regulation of the nature protection in the field of the Czech national parks.
