Abstract
The article describes the importance and pitfalls of immunohistochemical detection of DOG1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) and its mimics, namely fibromatosis, synovial sarcoma and gastric GIST occurring in the setting of Carneyho triad.
