Abstract
The obituary of an important Bulgarian plastic and burns surgeon with very close friendly relations to the Czech nation, its medicine and culture. A graduate of Charles University, scientist, organizor of medical and cultural contacts.
Prof. Troshev was a promotor of great development of the Bulgarian and Czech co-operation.
He was awarded several academic and governmental awards of both states for his life-long work and contributions to friendship between both nations.
