Royal Towns in Bohemian diets after the publication of the Vladislaus Constitution

Abstract

This paper deals with the problematics of the participation of royal towns in the Bohemian diet after the publication of the Vladislaus Constitution. Although the Constitution's articles related to the diet negated the third voice in fact, they were applied in much more complicated ways during particular diets, from which, surprisingly, just a few were held completely without deputies of the towns.
