Abstract

Venous Thromboembolic Disease (TEN) is still a very widespread serious disease in which genetic factors also play an important role. Thrombophilia is called a state of increased tendency for thrombus formation in the veins or arteries.

Vaginal thrombosis plays a major role in blood clotting and hypercoagulation, in arterial thrombosis, platelet activation and endothelial dysfunction in atherosclerosis.
