Prague Linguistic Circle in the Protectorate: On the activity of PLC at this time and the activities and influence of structuralism in science and culture at the time

Abstract

The paper deals with the activities of the Prague Linguistic Circle in the Protectorate and with the activities and influence of structuralism in science and culture at the time. It demonstrates that although the Circle lost many of its members, it was very active in the protectorate.
