Abstract

The objectiv of the monograph is to explore selected criminal principles of modern criminal procedure. The book is divided into nine chapters and deals with principles findings of fact without resonable doubt, right to a fair trial, right to defence, right to speedy trial, privilege against selfincrimination, prosecutorial discretion, covert investigation, right of appeal in criminal matters and protection and reparetions of victims.
