Innovations in diagnosis and treatment of systemic sclerosis

Abstract

In the diagnostics of organ involvement new potential biomarkers have been described and several sophisticated imaging methods have been tested. For the treatment new drugs - small molecules and biologicals targeting early phases in the pathogenesis of this condition have been administered.
