Abstract
The authors hereby present the outcome of the project that was submitted by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs through the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic and carried out by the Psychiatric Clinic of the First Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University and General University Hospital within the years 2014 and 2015. The work aimed at analyzing the mechanism of psychosocial adaptation in seniors, with special regard to health status and level of dependence.
