Abstract
The question of atopic march and food allergy in small children suffering from atopic dermatitis is evaluated at this article; the latest results concerning the occurrence of food allergy in small children are summarized. Conversely, there is some clinical data to suggest that early oral exposure results in the induction of tolerance.
