Methodology of the convicted's assessment by the Prison Service of the Czech Republic for the purposes of the Court's decision on conditional release
Abstract
Based on the evaluation of SARPO data, its validity and its applicability in the preparation of a new offender assessment system were evaluated. The new methodology also included the findings of an expert survey among the judges and all the fundamental principles arising from the new legislation.
The methodology is engineered to enable the transition of the justice toward full electronic system.
