Abstract
The article, based on the latest monographs on everyday life during the pre-enlightened absolutism, ie. the first half of the 18th century, analyzes selected legal institutes. From a legal perspective, it concerns matters of serfdom, abolition of serfdom, deconstruction of interrogation protocols, identification of persons or application of legal regulations.
