The Nuremberg trials from the point of view of the post-war Czechoslovak Republic

Abstract

The lecture dealt with the international legal aspects of Nuremberg processes and the participation of Czechoslovakia in their preparation and course. It also dealt with the issues that were raised in the application, evidence and judgment of Czechoslovakia.

She also dealt with the reflection of the processes in Czechoslovakia.
