Opening Address by Professor Jan Pichrt at the XII European Regional Congress of the International Labour and Social Security Law

Abstract

The article is focused on Current challenges in Czech Labour and Social Security Law in historical context. First remark deals with historical traditions and sources; Second remark is dedicated to less distant history and new challenges (robot's work); third remark focused on shared economy, closing remark deals with immigrants and relocation quotas from the Czech perspective.
