Abstract
The paper discusses the social production and reproduction of "disposibility" within factory workplace and workers dormitories in postsocialist zones of flexible production. Class and race are presented as processes under which certain groups, their experience, values, practices, pasts, presents and futures are represented as unwanted, disposable and threatening the social order.
The presentation will draw upon their ongoing ethnographic fieldwork in West Czechia.
