Abstract

The article deals with the rights and duties of a procedural guardian considered in the proceeding, his involvement in the proceedings, the relationship with the main participant. The process guardian should not only be a formal representative, but should actively seek to assert the rights of the main participant and, if possible, respect his or her opinion
