Abstract
At the forefront of increasing clinical interest over the past year, the disease associated with gluten. For a number of diseases of the digestive tract, but also outside the gastro tract, plays a gluten in the pathogenesis of essential role.
The current literature lists more than 50 different diseases caused by gluten.
