Abstrakt
LA became standard and safe surgical technique with a low incidence of complications, expecially in benign adrenal tumous. LA is more difficult in patients with pheochromocytoma and malignant tumours due to abundant blood supply and more invasive growth, identically in cases after previous abdominal surgery.
LA brings significant profit for patients thanks to miniinvasivity and a quick convalescence.
