Significant amendment to the Criminal Act and Criminal Procedure Code to be submitted to Czech Parliament
Abstract
On 31 January 2018 the Czech government adopted an amendment of the Criminal Act and the Criminal Procedure Code which removes the criminal offences of Sharing and Sharing out of Negligence, and makes such crimes fall under the crime of Money Laundering. It also introduces a new crime of Obstructing Justice.
