Abstract

The aim of the paper was to discuss some ideas and opinions on motivation for education and competences in the labor market from the point of view of late generation X (graduates and current students of combined study) and generation Y, partially ascending Z (current students at college) some possible and anticipated changes in the content of education in relation to the current and future labor market.
