Abstract
The aim of commentators is to try to explain to readers and help them understand the system of crisis legislation, which is at the core of the Crisis Act. The commentary does not focus only on the theoretical legal interpretation, but rather tries to focus on the practical aspects of application of the Crisis Act and to assess its legal text by optics of historical experience in solving crisis situations in the territory of the Czech Republic.
The commentary is unique at the time of its release, as the comprehensive crisis law comment on the market is currently lacking.
