Effect of hot rolling on microstructure and tensile properties of Ti-Nb-Zr-Ta-O- Alloy

Abstrakt

Biocompatible beta-titaniuim alloy Ti-35.3Nb-7.3Zr-5.7.Ta-0.7O shows high strength and reduced elastic modulus when compared to commercial alloys for total joint endoprostheses.
