Globe image by Jan Felkl & Son Company in the Map Collection of the Faculty of Science, Charles University

Abstract

The contribution to the 200th birth anniversary of Jan Felkl follows the introductory research on globes in the Map Collection published in the book Jan Felkl & Son, Globe Factory. It will be elaborated here with an emphasis on the preserved terrestrial globes with the Czech terminology.

The author will try to describe and specify them.
