In this paper, the first part of the research focused on identifying incentives contributing to the development of teachers beliefs of primary school students related to the mathematics teaching attitude is presented. Using method of questionnaire research, data are collected.
Those related to their experience, attitudes and needs are processed in different periods of their professional development. The goal of the research is to compile and elaborate foundation for the conception of effective changes in professional development of the undergraduate primary school teacher training at faculties of education at University of Ostrava and at Charles University.
