Abstrakt
On the basis of some of Kelsen's thoughts on parliamentarism, I will try to show that, on the one hand, the functioning of the Czech and Austrian parliaments has certain consonant features, given by their common roots, and that these features find their resonance in Hans Kelsen's work.
