Constitutionalization of Private Rights in the Case Law of the Constitutional Court of the Czech republic

Abstract

The paper deals with the fact, that the Costitutional Court's jurisprudence more and more often penetrates to the area of private law which causes constitutionalization of many private law rules and rights. On one hand, constitutional principles start to apply in private law.

On the other hand the constitutional law as such stars to apply in horizontal relationships between private subjects.
