Abstract
The two-day conference on the issue of preschool education organized by the department of primary education, in cooperation with the Association of pre-school education and the Czech pedagogical society. The conference was held in honor of the 70. anniversary of the founding of the Pedagogical faculty of charles university, under the auspices of the prorektorky Charles University prof.

Ing. Michal Nedělka, Dr. the Conference was devoted to current issues of compulsory pre-school education, inclusion and issues related to classifying two-year-olds into kindergartens.
The aim of the conference was to focus on the current problems of preschool education in connection with the amendment to the education act, but also to make a reflection of current developments in the preparation of teachers of kindergartens and open up a broader discussion in connection with the trojkolejností in the undergraduate preparation of teachers of nursery schools (the possibility of obtaining education at high SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY).
