Abstract
We present the most important paraphilias in an object or in activity (we select mainly the aspect of danger for patient or his surroundings as a criterion of significance) or those whose occurence is the most frequent. Paraphiliias in activity are characterized as disorder in sexual arousal and satisfaction.
As a paraphillia in object we qualify qualitative disorders of sexual motivation characterized by an inadequate focus of erotc desire. The another chapters are deling with of etiology and diagnostics of paraphilias.
The last chapter is focused on the therapy of patients suffering by paraphilic disorder.
