The article which is written by three authors deals with the question of assisted reproductive technology in the Czech legal system, Roman Catholic Church and Judaism. Professor Josef Dolista focuses on the question of ART in the Roman Catholic Church.
Doctor Helena Krejčíková describes the attitude of the Czech legal system to ART and Doctor Pavla Damohorská focuses on the ART in Judaism and in the State of Israel.
