Abstract

The authot deals with the question of the deposit of the subject matter in court custody, which is associated with the solution effects, which are calculated in § 1953 paragraph 1 of the first sentence of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. Attorneys-at-law, however, do not always respect this rule.
