Abstract
With regard to the dynamic development of information and communication technologies, increasing attention is being paid to cyber crime in the recent years. The article deals with the situation in registered computer crime, detection rate, as well as with the numbers of prosecuted, accused and convicted persons, as posted in the data of the ministry of interiror or the ministry of justice.
The authors have also attempted to map the current trends in cyber crime in our country and abroad.
