Abstract
The paper briefly deals with the typology of legal offenses as a starting point for consideration of the possible scope of the general regulation of administrative punishment. In this context, he is discussing the new Czech law on liability for, and control of, offenses and attempting to critically reflect it.
It points to the relationship between the general regulation and the special laws, the provisions of which lay down the individual facts of the offenses. It has some recommendations for the preparation of similar Slovak legislation.
